| Comment | While I like the proposed amendment to the low mileage construction truck program, I would like top see the mileage increased from 20,000 per year to 30,000. Most dump trucks operate in this range, it would really help out companies like ours that are not only working hard to comply with this regulation, but also working on upgrading our fleet of heavy equipment.
