This regulation will be a giant step forward in making zero
emission vehicle infrastructure and vehicles as fully emission
free as can be done with the state of current technology.  I hope
you will support it.  This regulation will be the foundation for
the 21st Century transportation system.  The transportation system
of the future will have cars, trucks, and buses powered completely
by hydrogen in some cases or fully electric powered in others, and
there will no longer be a need to continue with the old 20th
Century technology powered by gasoline and diesel.  If solar power
is used to manufacture hydrogen fuel the only exhaust would be pure
water vapor when a vehicle uses hydrogen to operate.  In the case
of all electric powered vehicles where solar power is used to
recharge the vehicle there would be 0% exhaust.  Another major
benefit to all of this could be lowering of the speed limits on
roads and freeways because electric cars don't seem to go quite as
fast.  So this would be another good benefit.  People First
California is made up of members with disabilities, including many
types of breathing disabilities so this regulation and what it
means for the future of transportation would be of great benefit
to
