| Comment | I am surprised and shocked to find out that CARB is only asking for 150 ZEV cars per year till 2015. This thinking is incredibly backward for California and perhaps even in Detroit, where GM has signed on to manufacturing a serial-hybrid, the Volt for purely economic reasons. Californians deserve a much-higher standard than the one you're proposing. Please reconsider. Your mandate is control of air pollution for the health of Californians, not placating the auto industry.
