Please I beg you not to back down again. The last time CARB backed
down GM crushed an icon and they promised to bring hydrogen to the
for front to replace the BEV with a new ZEV. They had the
technology for the BEV and Hydrogen was years out. Why would
anyone want to bet on technology that is not here yet for
technology that is here now? Then to make things worse when GM got
their way they sold their controlling interest in the NiMH battery
to an OIL company so nobody else could use it like Toyota in the
Rav4 EV. If GM wants to make changes I would only agree if they
agree to bring the EV-1 back and sell them outright to customers
that want to purchase them and lease to others. GM has to be held
accountable for their promises and if they want to go back on make
them go BACK to the original promise!!!
