Dear Board Members,

I drive and Electric RAV4-EV in South FLorida. Thousands of South
Floridians have seen me driving an all Electric RAV4-EV.  It looks
exactly like any other RAV4 but is all electric.

I drive to and from work in a quiet, no motor noise, and clean,
emissions controlled at the power plant, electric car.  When I am
stopped in traffic, the electric motor is OFF, and no emissions
are being created unlike the hundreds of cars around me in traffic
that by design keep spewing pollution into the air.

There is only so much capacity of the air to hold contaminants. 
It is time to accept the consumer demand for electric cars. 
Consider that many gas cars have already been converted to
electric by their owners and are
quietly moving about on streets and highways of the United
States.

It is time the government of our country to acknowledge the grass
roots change being forced by economic necessity.  Americans are
not waiting.

I strongly encourage all Americans and supporters for protecting
our planet to join this effort to restore the right and privilege
of every American to drive a car of their own choosing-the
electric car.  Restore and protect the right and privilege of
every American to buy a new electric car not just accept
conversion of their used car into an electric
car.

Electric cars, new or used, are creating jobs and opportunity that
is clean and safe.  Vote to protect and restore electric car use.
