I am requesting that the California Air Resources Board to do the
following:

To require the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for
2012-2014.
 
Also, create a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets
them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather
than the cleanest ZEVs.

Finally, incentivize plug-in hybrids that have the most on-board
electricity storage.

Please make a decision that will help our environment, so our
children and their children can live a long and healthy life in
our great state.
