| Comment | I wish desperately to buy an electric vehicle with a plug so I can use electricity for power instead of gasoline and giving financial power to OPEC. Please use California's vast influence to bring back the Zero Emissions Mandate program instituted by California in the 1990s.. We need both electric vehicles and plug in hybrids in significant numbers to satisfy the demand by those who wish to "fuel" their vehicles at night in their garages. |
