I believe that if California car buyers and car manufacturers
partner with the Governor's Million Solar Roof Program, plug in
cars can pay for themselves in savings to energy well before
either system wears out.  Solar cells are an excellent way to fuel
electric hybrid cars; I plan to invest in this combination as soon
as it is available.  Solar technology is striving for a 41% sun to
power ratio and GM is striving for release of the 40 miles in a
single charge, "Volt" in 2008.  I am all for it.  

Please do what you can to expedite your agency to encourage this
way of indepedence from gasoline combustion which is literally
costing the United States its' best and brightest youth in the
Middle East.
