I encourage the strictest mandates toward vehicle manufacturers to
accelerate the availability of fully electric, battery powered
vehicles. If I could buy and operate an EV-1 or RAV-4 like was
produced back when enforcement was serious I would.

I will not purchase another internal combustion engine vehicle.
The current wasteful, polluting technology offered by vehicle
manufacturers makes no sense and should not be supported.

CARB has the unique opportunity to "encourage" the manufacturers
toward fully electric, battery powered vehicles. Please do all you
can to accelerate the journey toward an electric future.
