I highly encourage CARB to do the right thing and stick with the
current ZEV requirements as a minimum.  Today's technology can do
the job for America and the world. Californians are ready to lead
the world in this area. Please represent us correctly. We need to
hold our ground and push the auto manufacturers to live up to the
agreements they proposed before and not water the mandate down
further.
I also ask that you consider adding MSEVs either to the mandate or
relax the rules so that they are permitted access to our roads as
they offer a great chance for fledgling car companies to get
started.
I also ask that you permit Battery vehicles that can be 'refueled'
with 100 miles worth of fuel in 10 minutes to qualify just as fuel
cell vehicles can and permit new manufacturers to sell credits for
the vehicles they make.  This should include original equipment as
well as conversions.
