| Comment | I've driven a NEV for five years. The 25 mph speed governor is actually very dangerous. When I'm driving on a 35 mph street the cars get backed up behind me and then fight to get around. I pull over a lot but because of the situation I'm considering getting rid of it. No other cars or motors cycle have the same kind of restriction. Driving safely is left up to the operator of the vehicle. Some motor cycles go 180 mph which is defiantly no safe. 35 mph for NEVs or low speed vehicles is a workable speed.
