| Comment | I am asking that MSV "definition" is included in the proposed ZEV regulations, so that further steps to include it in California Vehicle Code and also get new class (MSV) established on a Federal level by NHTSA can be undertaken. During our Market focus study for our NEV, we realized how important it will be to increase the speed in urban commuting to 35mph, it is safer and more people will be more willing to help the imminent climate crisis by purchasing a MSV. The NEV at 25mph does not appeal to most people apart from the retirement communities and that is not enough. If California can lead the way we can follow suit in Florida too. Thank you. |
