On March 27, the California Air Resources Board needs to put in
place a strong proposal that puts more ZEVs on the roads...not the
weak watered-down version that would require automakers to produce
only about 150 ZEVs each per year through 2015—which amounts to
less than what you mandated in 2003!

As is often the case, several other states will look to California
and adopt your regulations concerning clean air.  We are running
out of time, and can't afford to be lax on this matter through the
year 2015.  I urge you, for the sake of the earth (and for our
children and grandchildren), to please do what is right and force
the automakers to bring the electric car back in much larger
numbers...the only way to stop our slide down this slippery slope
of irreversible global climate change is to act NOW.
