I am greatly disturbed to learn that you are considering weaking
CARB based on grossly false assumptions. There several Battery
Electric Vehicles (BEV) under development, and Tesla Motor is even
in production. BEV are the _only_ 100% emission free technology and
the only that can directly benefit from electricity generated from
sustainable alternative energy, such as wind mill production and
photo voltaic, both of which are readily available _today_.

Please consider instead strengthening CARB for the good of the
environment and the California industries.
