| Comment | Creating a new class of electric vehicles, MSV, 35-mph vehicles, will open a market to millions of people for millions of MSV electric vehicles. Apollo Energy Systems, Inc. strongly recommends to the California legislature that the MSV class of EV be established for California. It will greatly help to reduce emissions from internal combustion engine vehicles, and will reduce noise pollution. |
