Please do not go backwards.  ZEV's and plug-in hybrids should both
have incentives increased to get makers and buyers into the game. 
I cannot afford to build an electric car, but I am - simply because
it is the right thing to do for the planet & our grandchildren. 
The technology is here, the interest is here - all we need is a
little nudge from you & the economies of scale will kick in to
make them practical for the masses.
