| Comment | Do not weaken the ZEV Mandate Pure ZEVs are being produced NOW in California for Californians. I have ordered my $26900 Aptera EV (Carlsbad,CA) and expect to receive it in the coming months. Now that the technology is here (yes, batteries too) CARB should be strengthening the ZEV production requirements not postponing them. We're not going to see $50-barrel oil again (or 1950's CO2 levels). Let's act accordingly and lead the rest of the country. I've got two kids on the verge of driving age and I want to fully inform them about the impact their energy choices have on our state.
