Dear Ms. Nichols and CARB:
      Thank you for increasing the emissions standards over the
past few years, in an effort to reduce pollution.
       I urge you to approve legislations that further reduce
pollution, such as those that encourage auto-makers to produce
ZEVs, EVs, NGVs, and PHEVs. These vehicles are gaining in
popularity, but at the moment, are not affordable to most people.
If these vehicles were mass-produced, they would become cheaper,
encouraging consumers to  chose clean vehicles over conventional
gas cars.
       Please up the standards for enchanced-AT-PZEVs to 25 miles
on pure electricity. I encourage you to require 10,000 EVs to be
produced by each car manufacturer in California in phase II.
      When requiring new low-emission technology, please do not
replace alternative low-emission and zero-emission technology;
replace older, less efficient technology.
DO NOT WATER DOWN THE ZEV MANDATE ANY MORE!!!
We need EVs, especially with gas prices rising the way they are. 

       Please make the right decision on the 27th, and help clean
up California's air!
