Hi, 
I urge you to carefully consider what the passage of this proposed
legislation will do.

I am a happy owner of a ZAP ZEBRA car since Sept 2007-
With the high price of gasoline weighing heavily on our minds
these days and the effect of leaving a carbon footprint for future
generations of humankind we must do everything in our power now to
raise global awareness of our use of fuel.

By not allowing the consumer the freedom to make their own
globally conscious green effort, you will be denying the future
just like the bad decision that GM made in the early 1990's to
only lease the EVs and then take them all back!

We need to put power and energy alternative resources back into
our grids and not rely on gas as a means to an end--

Allow the consumer to buy EV and buy smart as we are investing in
our future!
