| Comment | As numerous others have urged, I also urge you to NOT roll back the targets for Zero Emission Vehicles. The lobbyists for the big, rich auto makers do NOT have the average consumer's interest - like me - at heart. Do not give in to the pressure the big automakers are clearly exerting on you. It is YOU, the CARB, that is supposed to be looking out for the best interests of consumers AND the environment. Pure electric vehicles using battery-only technology are available today, and those manufacturers (like Tesla Motors) need your help to remain viable. Please do NOT KILL ELECTRIC CARS AGAIN!
