| Comment | CARB - The ZEV rules are mind-boggling. I could not come up with anything more complex if I wanted to. What does Partial ZEV means? Zero means zero. There should be no PZEV and any of the variants. The credit system is also overly complex. Can you fix this? I'd like to see a better use of my taxpayer dollars. |
