| Comment | The general public is increasingly aware of the lack of fortitude within CARB when it comes to encouraging transition away from legacy entrenched industries. Please do not let the ZEV credit program continue to be tarnished and wasted when you have an opportunity to let California lead the way into the next generation of vehicle technology. Solar charged electric vehicles provide emissions free solutions that can work now. Please encourage vehicle manufacturers to offer Californians the opportunity to buy pollution free, quiet vehicles we can recharge from our home solar systems. The ZEV credits are a meaningful way to jump-start the industry as auto grade battery technology can become cost effective and head towards mass production with the extra push you can provide. Thank you for your time and consideration. |
