Dear CARB,

PLease make sure that people can be free to drive electric cars by
mandating that electric cars are required in volume of 25,000
vehicles or more.  Right now we are at a critical juncture where
we have the opportunity to promote electric cars for the future. 
We must not pass up this chance to help reduce harmful pollution,
and free ourseves from having to buy oil and other oil products. 
Let's not make the same mistake that Alan Lloyd made several years
ago by letting ZEV mandate slip away.  Battery technology is
excellent now and prices continue to drop for advanced batteries. 
ELectric cars are fully technologically capable with their gasoline
counteparts.  SO let's require these vehicles to be used in
California.
