   Let's keep the Zer0-Emission Vehicles numbers up as the best way
to reduce pollution, sustain the earth and keep greenhouse gases in
line.  I'd like choice -- choice between pouring in gasoline which
does zilch and plugging in which moves us forth towards a reliance
on American electrons and off of the more polluting OPEC
molecules.

   Recommend that the OEM be encouraged, in fact, to exceed the
25,000 ZEVs, far earlier thant 2012.  At the NYC Auto Show, there
were four EVs being shown.  It's possible. And this is not even
counting PHEVs.  And PHEVs should be in a separate class for
replacing the polluting'est cars and trucks in the CARB
regulations. 

   Let California lead the States, the Nation, the World in having
the Future as green & clean, sustainable -- the Future is Electric!
