CARB Staff,

We want ZEV's... no, we NEED ZEV's. If you weaken the ZEV mandate
you make a mockery of (and invalidate) CARB. You exist to push the
automotive giants to do the right thing. If they were willing to do
it on their own, we wouldn't need you... but they are not, and as a
result we look to you. If the automotive giants are not willing to
do what must be done, then let Aptera and Tesla motors pick up the
reins. The world is watching... the right path is seldom the easy
one.
