| Comment | It is obvious from the TESLA effort that ZEV is obtainable even now. The big manufacturers of the gasoline cars have not put forth the effort to comply. Do not mistake lack of effort for lack of capability or availability of technology. To make progress you must maintain the ZEV requirements. So do not accept the recommendation to weaken the deadlines or requirements for production. The requirements should be strengthened not weakened.
