| Comment | I strongly support an agenda to reduce greenhouse gasemissions 25% or more by 2020. And the most promising way toreach this goal is to give consumers the choice to buyZero-Emission Vehicles (ZEVs). I urge you to require the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakerspromised for 2012-2014. Further, I urge you to create aseparate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets themreplace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations. More electric vehicles on our roads will reduce America'sdependence on foreign oil, improve our county's securityoutlook, and promote the health of the planet. |
