I am writing to urge you to reconsider your proposal to reduce the
number of ZEVs required of automakers by 90%.  Electric vehicles
are the best chance we have to reduce global warming in the tiny
window of time that we have to do it.  Please require the full
25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for 2012-2014.  In
addition, I ask that you create a separate requirement for plug-in
hybrids that lets them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's
regulations, rather than the cleanest ZEVs.

Choice for consumers means cleaner air for everyone.
