I drive an all electric and think others should have the
opportunity.  If you've seen the movie, Who Killed the Electric
Car, you should realize that California was partially to blame for
the sudden withdrawal of the major manufacturers.  Please don't
repeat the mistake by requiring only token numbers.  The customers
arae out there, if everyone will give it a chance.  The
infrastructure is readily available.

California needs to set a direction for the rest of the country to
follow.  Do the right thing.  Make ZEVs available in serious
volume.
