Please reject your staff recommendations for reducing or delaying
the full implementation of the present requirements for zero
emission vehicles.  There are many companies coming on line or
about to come on line and this momentum wll be hurt by weakening
the CARB rules.

Please keep up the pressure and take the recent developments with
Tesla in mind.  If a new, small company with far fewer resources
than GM, Ford and Toyota can make a viable business from building
electric cars, it follows that GM, Ford and Toyota need to be
pushed more, not less.
