| Comment | Do not let this opportunity be wasted. Do not let this resolution be diluted by influences concerned only with their own profits. Zero Emission Vehicle Regulations need to be strengthened, not weakened. The electric car, EV1 by GM, was a huge success, and removed from the market before it could make an impact.
