| Comment | Dear Chair Nichols and members of the California Air Resources Board, I strongly encourage you not to decrease the number of zero emission vehicles that are required under California's zero emission vehicle program. Air pollution, global warming, and America's addiction to foreign oil are all real problems that can be alleviated by new automotive technologies and California should be taking the leadership in this area.
