| Comment | I urge you to support a new ZEV mandate that would include battery powered all electric cars as one of the primary alternatives for reducing pollution created by personal transportation vehicles.... Require, mandate that the primary auto manufactures produce and sell (not lease only as before with the EV-1 and the RAV4-EV) enough EV vehicles to satisfy the California market. |
