an active member of my community, I have joined others as we work
together to reduce emissions. My City has become a GREEN CITY..
and is committed to lowering emissions here in Manhattan Beach. We
need your partnership. In working to advocate more recyling
programs within companies and communities, I implore you to
continue to move us forward, not backward in this effort. We are
speaking loudly and will continue our efforts to spread this
effort into industry, commercial and residential areas and local
