Dear California Air Resources Board,

As a resident of Los Angeles, I see and breathe smog every day. 
Public transportation options remain less than perfect, and so
many Angelenos who would otherwise choose to avoid $3.70 gas stick
with their cars.  Please give us an option that will allow us to
keep our cars, but improve our air.  Please do not water down the
ZEV program.  

I very much look forward to seeing more electric cars on the road
and seeing more of our beautiful skies.  Please require automakers
to produce more clean electric vehicles.
