We need all electric or serial hybrid vehicles available for sale
and on the road now.  Vehicles that are leased should get no zev
credits whatsoever.  I have told Toyota I will never buy another
car from them, and certainly not from GM, unless it comes with a
plug.  Electric vehicles are a national security issue and
companies should not be allow to suppress the proven available
technology - NiMH batteries, road proven for over 100,000 miles.

I have purchased a converted electric car.  It's being shipped now
and should arrive by the end of the week.  

Please do the right thing and force auto makers to produce and
sell  battery electric cars and end our addiction to oil.
