I home school my 10 year old son.  He is very interested in energy
and the environment. (If we could channel his energy, we would have
no fuel crisis.)  He is very interested in how the sun provides
energy as well as electricity.  I would love to show him how this
would all work in a positive way.   He does not like the way the
car smells or when we are in back of a truck.  We live on Highway
140, on the way to beautiful Yosemite.  Every car that passes by,
makes my asthmatic  son sicker. People drive by our home every day
to see clean beautiful nature, in turn making our plants die, our
animals sick,    . .  . my son cough.  We would love to get  an
electric car.  I don't have 100,00 to spend.  My home value just
dropped 100,00 over what we owe on it.  I make a good living, but
our expendable income has diminished and we are living pay check
to pay check.  It costs me about 60 dollars extra a week to get to
work now that gas costs so much. Please help me to be able to
afford an electric car.
