I have heard about the legislature to more the speed limit of
neighborhood vehicles from 25 to 35 MPH. and i think this is a
good idea.  I have looked into buying such an electric
neighborhood car for some time now, but have always been put off
buy the 35 MPH limit.  If this limit was increased to 35, i would
certainly purchase such a car...and i believe a lot more people
would as well.  This local travel done electrically would make a
huge difference (far more than any public transportation measures,
etc.) to lessen the amount of greenhouse gas we produce as a
nation.  Please raise the neighborhood vehicle speed limit to 35
and we will al see the results.
