| Comment | As someone that drives pure electric on-road vehicle conversions on a daily basis, I know that ZEV's work. In order to get big auto to manufacture ZEV's for the masses, CARB must legislate that they be built in large quantities, so please do not water down the ZEV regulations. I would like to see the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for 2012-2014. Thank you for your time. |
