I am shocked that CARB is seeking to further weaken the ZEV
standards. We all know from the documentary  "Who Killed The
Electric Car" that CARB played a major role in the plot to wipe
this viable solution off the board just when it was proven that
these cars could be made.  I thought it would be understood that
we need to go the other way especially considering that air
pollution is still a major cause of health problems, the price of
gasoline is increasing and making it necessary to continue the war
over oil and particularly now that global warming is causing
climate instability the world over. I urge CARB not to further
weaken the ZEV standards but to increase the number of vehicles
required.
