| Comment | I am sending this message to urge you to not cut the number of ZEV's available from 25,000 to 2500. If we are concerned about the quality of our air in California, if we want to reduce emissions, then ZEV's are one of the best ways for us to do that. We have the technology, we have the demand, and we have the vehicles. Why should we limit their availability? |
