| Comment | I am concerned about pollution as well as the high price of gasoline. I would very much like to have the option of purchasing a zero emission vehicle and reducing my own impact in these areas. This is unlikely to come to pass, though, if automakers are only required to make 150 ZEV vehicles per year. |
