Hello,

I believe that rolling back the curent program is a terrible step
and in the wrong direction given the outlook for CO2 buildup and
the myriad of consequences that will result from an increase in
the average global temperature.

Both battery only and the newer plugin hybrids should be supported
in the greatest possible numbers as the staff has recomended. We
need to move to where most vehicles are either electric or plug in
hybrid types of vehicles and the fastest way for that to happen is
for CA to mandate the highest possible number of those vehicles
that automotive manufacturers must sell in CA.  The more, the
sooner, the better.  We need to push the auto manufacturers and
continue to be leading the charge (no pun intended) in adopting
these newer vehicle types that will limit the energy consumption
and co2 emmissions.
