| Comment | Dear CARB: As President of the Seattle EV Association, a member of the Electric Auto Association, and as an EV Dealer back in the 1980's I can tell you beyond a doubt, that This is the time... This is the time to be Bold, and forward thinking. More than a few major manufactureres world wide are looking to bring to market ZEV Battery Electric Vehicles. To weaken the ZEV Mandate at this time would only delay the progress made over the last 5 years. Even though we do not live in California, we all must live on this small blue plantet.
