Dear CARB members,

If we are to significantly shift the trajectory of the impact of
our transportation system on climate change, someone somewhere
must take a stand for what's necessary - to set a goal and see
what speaking truthfully about what must happen to achieve success
evokes in the system/society at large. 

Today, here in California, you are those leaders who will have the
chance to look back as say that you did that - you spoke the truth
about what must happen and acted accordingly.

Please see that the ZEV regs are aligned with the reality of what
must happen - not with the reality of the small minds that have
led us into the dilemma we now face. Strengthen, don't weaken the
regs - challenge us all to do what's needed for this and future
generations.
