| Comment | This mandate was enacted in 1990. Yet, despite the enormous technological advances, and even some temporary BEV production, today the major automakers are not providing ZEVs. The ZEV Mandate cannot be watered down any longer. The automakers have had eighteen lengthy years to comply; there simply cannot be an excuse. California stepped up to the ZEV challenge, and cannot back down. Enforce the ZEV Mandate as it was meant to be enforced! |
