| Comment | The actions of the CARB allowed me to purchase my *all electric* RAV4-EV in 2002. Please do not water down the ZEV mandate further. I don't want to go backwards. I want to be able to replace my EV with another EV in the future. My daughter has always known EVs as a choice, please keep it that way. arnold |
