Please do not vote to weaken the CARB standards today! Of all
pollution sources in California, automobile exhaust is one of the
largest; the Automotive industry WILL NOT MANUFACTURE
ZERO-EMISSION VEHICLES without us requiring them to do so, as they
perceive (wrongly) that they will lose $$$ by doing so; in fact,
they will be able to make a profit on zero emission vehicles, just
as they have all along, it will just require significant work &
change. Without the State requiring them to do this, they will
delay this change as long as they possibly can, at the expense of
Californians' HEALTH, and at the detriment to the global fight to
lower Carbon emissions & reverse Global Warming.
  PLEASE VOTE NOT TO WEAKEN THE CURRENT CARB EMISSION STANDARDS!
