   Zero-emissions vehicles are initial 'beta' entries in attempts
to maintain our planet's many equilibria, all finely and
critically balanced to allow our present evolutionary status as
hominids. Departures from Mother Nature's embrace are enormously
costly to those forces of equilibrium, and radical divergences
[such as internal-combustion engines, external conbustion
processes [open fires, blast-furnaces,et al.] are proven toxic to
living organisms and their societies.
   Please, PLEASE, let your regulations exhibit your intelligence
in promoting the zero-emission market-place 'testing' now evolving
other critical technologies and inquiries.  Our planet REQUIRES our
intent investigations to assure its health.
