I am writing as a California resident concerned about global
warming and reducing our carbon footprint. Please do not weaken
the Zero Emmision Vehicle regulations.  This is NOT the time to do
that.  We need more than 150 ZEVs per year! I also support the
staff proposal to significantly increase the number of plug-in
hybrids that must be produced as part of the ZEV requirements.
Your task is to implement AB 32 to the fullest extent possible,
not weaken it. I want to drive the most environmentally benign
vehicle possible!
